How to use the invoice generator
Fill in your business details, your client's details, and add as many line items as you need — the totals update live on the right as you type.
When you're happy with it, click "Download / Print Invoice". This opens your browser's print dialog — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to download a PDF copy, or print it directly.

Is my invoice data saved anywhere?
No — everything happens in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers or stored.
Do I need to include VAT?
That depends on your business's VAT registration status and country. If you're VAT registered in the UK, you'll typically need to show your VAT number and the VAT amount separately — add these details in the address or notes fields.
Can I reuse this for recurring invoices?
Each invoice is generated fresh in your browser, so you'll need to re-enter details each time. Saved templates and invoice history are a planned WaqarWeb Pro feature.
